Education Consulting Dispute Over EDVISORS Mark

Edvisors Network, Inc. (Quincy, MA) sued Education Advisors, Inc. (Long Beach, CA) for trademark infringement of the EDVISORS mark and EDVISORS.com domain for use with consulting services to educational institutions, students, and parents.  Plaintiff alleges that defendant began operating a similar service using the domain edadvisors.com and that the domain is likely to cause confusion.
