LED Lighting Companies Sued by Philips

Philips Solid-State Lighting Solutions, Inc. (Burlington, MA) [formerly Color Kinetics, Inc.] and its Dutch parent sued PixelRange, Inc. (Knoxville, TN) and James Thomas Engineering, Ltd. (Worcester, UK) for infringement of Patent Nos. 6,250,774; 6,016,038; 6,150,774; 6,806,659; 6,788,011; and 6,975,079 directed to LED lighting.

 

Philips alleges that PixelRange’s lines of products infringe claims of the asserted patents and that PixelRange and JTE are working together such that both are liable for infringement.
