Infringement Suits Over Recreational Weaponry

In separate cases Hasbro, Inc. (East Longmeadow, MA) has sued Buzz Bee Toys, Inc. (Mt. Laurel, NJ) and Lanard Toys, Inc. (Sugar Creek, MO) for infringement of Patent Nos. 5,471,967 and 5,611,322 directed to a Disc Discharging Toy:

 

 

and Hasbro for infringement of Patent No. RE39,947 directed to a Toy Water Gun:

 

 

Hasbro asserts that it is the exclusive licensee of all the asserted patents.  The patentees are not named as plaintiffs so presumably Hasbro believes it has no issues with standing.

 

I don’t suppose they can settle these at ten paces?
