Sampling Devices Accused of Infringement

Millipore Corp. (Billerica, MA) has sued AllPure Tech., Inc. (New Oxford, PA) for infringement of Patent No. 6,032,543 for devices for sampling contents of a container.  AllPure’s TAKEONE product is specifically accused.
