Dick’s Sporting Goods Rolled

Performance Solutions, LLC (Natick, MA) has sued Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. (Coraopolis, PA) for infringement of Patent No. 7,918,774 (issued just a few weeks before the complaint) for a therapeutic fitness device.  Plaintiff sells the product as the “Thera-Roll®.”
