Artery Thermometers Accused

Exergen Corp. (Watertown, MA) has sued SDI Diagnostics, Inc. (Easton, MA) for infringement of Patent No. 7,787,938 directed to a temporal artery temperature detector.  SDI’s ASTRATEMP and TRUTEMP thermometers are accused of infringing.

Jewelry Companies in SUBLIME Dispute

Hearts On Fire Company, LLC (Boston, MA) has sued De Beers Diamond Jewelers, Ltd. (London, UK) for infringement of the trademark SUBLIME for jewelry, owned by HOF.  The defendant is using the mark SUBLIME SYMMETRY, which the plaintiff believes is causing confusion in the marketplace.

Blink 182 Merchandiser Sues Counterfeiters

TSURT, LLC (San Clemente, CA) has sued a number of anonymous individuals and corporations ahead of a Boston concert by the band Blink 182.  As previously noted, these advance suits allow the concert merchandiser to get an order permitting seizure of all unauthorized goods being sold at the concert venue.
