Vascular Products Accused

Navilyst Medical, Inc. (Marlborough, MA) has sued Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (South Jordan, UT) for infringement of Patent Nos. 5,911,708; 5,779,666; and 5,691,478 directed to delivery of a radiographic dye.

Do Not Sell “Do-Not-Call” Software

Gryphon Networks (Norwood, MA) has sued Contact Center Compliance Corp. (Santa Rosa, CA) for infringement of Patent No. 6,130,937 directed to a system for handling do-not-call requests.  CCCC’s “SmartBlock” product was specifically named in the complaint.

 

This case was assigned to Magistrate Judge Sorokin.
